FORENSIC ARRANGEMENT ASSESSMENT

SO WHAT CHANGED?

The Forensic Arrangement Assessment reconstructs the arrangement as it actually exists now—what changed, what the current terms require, what you are contributing and receiving, and where the costs, risks, dependencies,
and leverage sit.
We separate facts from assumptions, identify the material changes shaping the situation, and clarify the decision the current arrangement is actually creating.
You leave with a Findings Brief + Decision Landscape:
a documented view of what is true, what still needs to be known, and which paths are genuinely available to you.

WORKS
HOW THE ASSESSMENT
WORKS
The assessment is structured to separate what is known from what is assumed, reconstruct the arrangement as it exists now, and identify the costs, risks, dependencies, leverage, and
decision points that matter.
The goal is not a quick conclusion. It is a defensible view of the situation before you decide what to do.

Terms rarely change in isolation. Not every issue carries equal weight. The assessment identifies what is materially shaping the decision, what's in your control, what isn't, and what can still be changed.

The Assessment is designed for situations
where something material no longer adds up, but the full decision has not yet been carefully weighed and established.

Something important changed, but you cannot yet define the problem cleanly.
Facts, assumptions, history, and competing explanations have become tangled together.
The arrangement still functions, which makes it harder to judge whether it still makes sense.
Staying, changing the terms, or exiting could each carry meaningful consequences.
The terms changed gradually rather than through one obvious event.
You need to know what the situation actually supports before committing to a larger decision engagement.

FAQs
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM COACHING, THERAPY, OR TRADITIONAL CONSULTING?
This is strategic decision advisory. We analyze the arrangement itself—what changed, what the current terms are, what they cost, where the risks and leverage sit, and what the facts support. The work is decision-focused, not therapeutic, diagnostic, or motivational. Coaching can be a tool used in the process, but ultimately we design solutions.
DOES THE ARRANGEMENT HAVE TO BE FAILING FOR THIS WORK TO MAKE SENSE?
Yes. Most clients are functioning well while carrying an arrangement that has become costly, unclear, or increasingly one-sided. The best time to assess it is before it becomes a crisis. We identify what is happening, measure the impact, and determine whether the terms should be repaired, renegotiated, refused, or left behind.
ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME TO STAY, CHANGE THE TERMS, OR EXIT?
No. The decision remains yours. My role is to make each viable path—and its costs, risks, tradeoffs, and consequences—visible enough for you to decide what makes sense.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ENGAGEMENT IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Start with the Forensic Arrangement Assessment if you know something has changed but still need to determine what the situation means and what decision it creates. Choose the Strategic Decision Engagement when the decision question is clear and you need to evaluate the options, make the decision, and build the execution strategy.
WHAT KINDS OF SITUATIONS DO YOU WORK WITH?
Career and leadership arrangements, business partnerships, compensation and economic arrangements, and selective private high-stakes situations where the terms have changed or no longer make sense—and the consequences of the decision matter.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I START WITH THE SITUATION?
I review what you submit to determine whether the situation fits the advisory work. If it does, I’ll invite you to a Fit Call. If another specialist should be involved first—or the work isn’t the right fit—I’ll tell you directly.
WHAT’S CONFIDENTIAL?
Your situation and advisory work are treated as completely confidential, subject to the terms of the engagement and any legal or professional obligations that apply. Please do not submit sensitive documents through the initial intake form; if we work together, I’ll provide instructions for sharing relevant materials appropriately.
